We had called in a order to go. Bobby-Q refused to honor our Costco gift cards received this Christmas/COVID-19 pandemic year. So Bobby-Q did not want to honor them. They should had mention about the gift card issue at the time we called. \We can't see or read the sign on a door through the phone\. I wanted to just leave and let them EAT IT! If Costco doesn't refund us. I will never eat or order there again! And buy any gift cards with Bobby-Q logo listed. It's a first and embarrassing to return any gift cards back to the givers. \Bad customer service

I randomly stumbled upon this place via open table- it was a breeze making a reservation (which I highly suggest). We were seated right away right by the pool and distanced from other guests. All associates had masks on as well. The cocktails were amazing, Trey also made sure to remind us of last call and checked in on us frequently. He was such a gem- I knew right away there was something special about him.... he's from the south!! His hospitality is unmatched and he truly made our Sunday that much better.

Hands down best Italian food available. The service is impeccable, food is authentic. I haven't found a single item on the menu that I haven't thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommend. YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY YOU GAVE THEM YOU'RE BUSINESS!

Once again, very pleased with Rio Grande. We had a group of 8 for dinner. With very little notice they accommodated us with outside tables. The service was great. The servers wore masks appropriately. The food is always good.

Very disappointed. I'm planning meals for a birthday. I did a pick up order, however when I got home the brisket and sausage was missing. They offered to deliver and when I got the meal the sausage was all dried up and looking old. My neighbor ordered sausage. The color and look of the sausage was completely different. I will be following up with a letter and pictures of the the meal. Needless to say this company will not get my business.

My fiance and I came out here for a last minute dinner a few nights ago. We were greeted by staff and seated quickly, the over all service was fantastic. The food was amazing and highly recommend their vast red wine selection.
