I haven't been there in a while but was impressed. The food was way better than before. Good service, no one hanging over the table and hood follow up. Very clean all around. Offers open patio with a nice fire place and indoor seating which is nice. All around good. Not real price, a good bang for the buck .

Just received amazing customer service from an outstanding young lady! (I wish I got her name to give her the proper credit.) Also, the chef remade my steak because he cooked it longer than medium well. It may have taken a little longer to receive my order from Post-mates pickup but I really appreciated the attention to detail and their great attitude during such a crazy time! Keep it up! I hope to visit next time with friends and family to enjoy the atmosphere!

So far every meal has been so good! It’s like they truly make the food specifically for you I think they put extra butter for me on my last crab puffs everything is always so delicious. Sometimes you have to hurry up and order but I’m sure it’s only because there are other people coming in behind you trying to do the same so I just grab a menu and step aside but this restaurant is amazing. The parking lot is a bit cramped but if you want to eat in your car you can always park somewhere else. Not to mention if you want to sit inside and eat I haven’t saw it crowded once. The prices are nice the food is the best hands down at least on that side of town. Actually I haven’t tried any better here in Phoenix and American-Chinese food is my favorite food!!! My opinion I’d say Hong Kong is THE BEST restaurant in Phoenix! The lights are dim but not dark, once you step inside you find yourself in a totally different atmosphere.
