ALWAYS LATE! I had to wait 1.5 hours outside the store to get my order which I ordered many hours ahead. No one offered not even an apology. Very bad customer service. 1.5 hours!!! And they're not honest, dragging you 10 mins at a time instead of saying that there was a delay, then maybe I could've left and come back?
And this isn't just once, every single time i pick up I have to wait at least 30 mins

Stumbled upon this place and it found itself in the right place at the right time for us.
We worked it out after dinner; the name Ital’Burger referenced the Pizza Bread Bun, which I must say was a surprise and a nice spin on your typical burger. The patty wasn’t anything special, usual regular ground beef (no chuck or brisket mixed in) but it was ample, well cooked and juicy, and the accompaniment were all Italian style with mozzarella cheese, roasted red peppers and a slice of Bresola. in all it made for a burger than I wouldn’t ordinarily choose but thoroughly enjoyed and left me satisfied.
I found the staff to be very welcoming and attentive, we had children and they ensured they didn’t wait too long for food. Ambience and decor was cool with movie themes throughout.
In all a present experience at a reasonable price and I would recommend.
