My installer was very nice and was promptly on time. He communicated with me when he needed to pick up a tool instead of just leaving and letting me wonder where he was. He was thorough in explaining details of when I could drive my car, when to take the tape off, when I could take it through a car wash, and advised me to make sure I run the defrost so I'm not attacked by glass shards that may have fallen in the dash. The second gentleman that showed up was polite as well. So far everything looks great and I look forward to being able to drive my car again! I had Safelite rescheduled 2x, finally called Affordable Glass and they fit me right in (they were also considerably cheaper than safelite!!). I love that they are a local business and were able to meet my needs quickly. Thank you! S. Pulley

These guys are the best hands down, I use them for all my personal vehicles and recommend them to any customers that need windshield replacement or repair. Gordon and Jeremy have been treating me well for years, and are very personable to talk to.

I had a windshield replaced on a Friday but the techs didnt put my windshield wipers back on correctly. I called Jeremy on Saturday when they were closed and left a voice mail. Jeremy called me back and set up a time to meet me. He fixed my wipers in 5 minutes. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE! 5 stars. Edit to my review....I had another windshield replaced recently. Their guys put a scratched windshield on my car. I had to call Jeremy and have another one put on. Not a good experience this time.
