We've been working with Abdinoor since 2014 for various flooring projects in our home. Mike and his Team are professional and knowledgeable - not only about the product they carry and sell - but also working with us on the trickiness of some of the layout issues of our floors and how best to work with those for the flooring we needed installed. The installers that Abdinoor works with show up on time, finish on time, and clean up when the job is done. All aspects of the project are handled with the utmost care and professionalism. I can't say enough about Mike, Susan, and the rest of the Team at Abdinoor. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for any and all of your flooring needs!!

I was hopeful when I saw how high their reviews were, but they must have gone downhill since then because I would give them 0 stars if available. By far the worst customer service I have had to deal with. Was told we could return unused and unopened boxes of tile, when I went to return, I was then told it had to be at least 4 boxes (They measured the amount of tile we needed for the job). Stopped in 4 separate times explaining our due date for tile and was assured they could order the tile and receive it by our due date if we set up an ordered by a certain date. Ordered before the date and then were told it would arrive after the date we specified unless we pay extra for shipping. No coordination between their team; everything was written on a piece of paper that's haphazardly left on the table and takes them forever to find. though there pricing is competitive their customer service is not. Would suggest trying other locations.
