Accelerated School has done an an amazing job with creating a positive working and teaching environment. Our teachers truly create individualized learning plans for our students in order to meet their needs. Our administrative staff has been realigned to embody our company's core values and culture.

This school saved my life in1982 / 1983! Being Valedictorian, I am not naïve that there are always problems behind the scene and personalities can clash. It takes both the kid and family to work together and heal; to learn a different way to communicate and understand one's self and each other. This AMAZING school can provide these tools. How much is you child worth...really?

Accelerated Schools and Jane Queen were essential to my completing high school with a straight A average. The care and consideration Jane Queen gives every student is something to be applauded. Not to mention the teachers and the devotion to helping the student succeed! I highly recommend this school for anyone struggling to get thru!

I just graduated from Accelerated in May and I spent three years in the high school with the best teachers I have ever had. Just this week ALL of the wonderful teachers and supporting faculty have been let go at the discretion of the director, Jane Queen. I have spoken about this with members of the school board and they were not even aware of what was happening. The worst part is, Jane Queen is flat out lying to the many parents who have questioned her about this. These teachers and faculty DID NOT LEAVE BY THEIR OWN DECISION. There are already new hires, many of whom are just barely out of high school and do not have teaching certificates, or any degree at all. As an alumni of Accelerated I can tell you that this school has been slowly going to the dogs for as long as I was there, this is really just the tipping point. I would advise prospective parents and students to really think about whether this is the right school for your child or children.

When it looked like my son was not going to be able to graduate in his home school Accelerated Schools what is the perfect fit.

This school is DANGEROUS! I attended this school from 8th to 10th grade (2003-2005). While I was there, students fought regularly and uninterrupted by teacher intervention, and had sexual contact on field trips; even on the van rides to and from school. The classroom setting is a joke - we listened to cassette tapes and took notes, there were no tests, no lectures, no teacher involvement. Teachers here are like wardens; they observe and discipline ONLY. My parents had many concerns about what was going on at school, and were constantly talking to the administration about the conditions of the building and quality of the educational atmosphere. At the beginning of my 10th grade year, there was an incident in which one student attacked another with a knife - the assailant lacerated the victim's hand badly IN CLASS! There was blood everywhere, and when the victim cried out in pain and terror, the teachers fled the building with the students; it was a free-for-all. You'd expect the adults to defend the students, particularly the one who was injured but that didn't happen. Please, I implore you... DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS SCHOOL.

Jane Queen is a genius and a genuinely compassionate person. Anyone would be lucky to be under her tutelage.
