Would not fix lawnmower. Said not worth fixing. Would not get to root of the problem because of some safety concerns over 200 something bail. The main issue was it would not stay lit. I took it home unfixed because of their regulations about safety. I could handle the bail problem easily with safety I thought. I just wanted the mower to go. Bent blade I could have dealth with. Didn't charge me to figure it out according to their stipulations. But not at all fixed. Just a real bummer because of how they need to work

Terrible. 2 attendants and I had a snowblower chute partt I wanted to order. The worker said that the part could only be ordered as the full snowblower chute. Not true, the parts are available in pieces if interested. Not sure what worker was so interested in besides helping me?
