A very good physician specialised in geriatrics with sufficient knowledge and experience and good understanding. Besides, she is also well-versed in Indian vocal music to which she is attached since her early childhood and pursuing as a hobby. It is said that she was a child prodigy gifted with golden voice. Being a medical professional as well as a vocal artist is very difficult but she has been doing excellently well. My best wishes to her.

I was referred here by my family seeing as they all come here. Very welcoming and diverse environment and staff. I did not need to wait more than a couple minutes to be seen. The Nurse Marysol was nice, funny and helpful she explained everything to me clearly and professionally. Also the doctor was very thorough with the checkup explained every step of what was being done to keep me informed. Overall great quality doctor clinic I highly recommend it.

Very good service. I called the office and the manager helped me with the whole process of ordering a medicine for my dad. He was a great help!

The doctor is kind, but the front desk is very unprofessional and the black lady is incredibly rude for no reason while speaking to patients and answering the phone. I will be switching doctors based off how horrible the front desk is. They need to learn customer service and how to have a professional tone when speaking with patients regarding scheduling an appointment and billing. I have never experienced a rude front desk staff like this office. These people need to be trained again before more patients switch to another provider.

My father is 88 now. So I asked his primary physician to refer him to a geriatrician. They referred him to Dr. Akhtar. I am glad they did. Dr. Akhtar diagnosed him with vascular dementia. And started new medication. I am thankful.
