The staff at Alamo Tactical are great at making you feel like you're an old friend of their's. They were very friendly and did everything they possibly could to be sure I enjoyed my visit. They were also very knowledgeable. Any questions that I had were answered quickly and with confidence. Alamo Tactical is a great little gun store.

This is a great place to find something awesome for your AR. They have lots of parts to choose from which makes visiting frequently a fun experience. I hope they continue to grow thier product line in that aspect. They don't have big selection of guns but they do carry almost every class of firearm and it's not your basic everyday guns you see at every gun store. I visit the store often and I don't always spend but the guys here are always willing to pull stuff down for me to look at and I never get any attitude, that's the kinda thing that makes me want to spend my here.
I am extremely happy with not only the service i received from Alamo Tactical but, the holster i ordered as well. I ordered the minimalist holster for my S&W M&P. Had ordered it for a different model at first but, then wanted to exchange it for a different pistol after. The process was very easy and the staff there is not only very helpful but, friendly as well. I received my holster and am very happy with the quality and of the speed at which it was shipped. I dont live in Texas but, i would recommend this shop any day for online orders. Keep up the good work! Branden
With Alamo Tactical I had a mild sort discussion for a payment that I thought made \u200b\u200band instead had been canceled . I really enjoyed how the matter was handled by Mr . Travis Watson of the Alamo to do with polite and professional , many times , he dedicated his time to direct me to the right of the small problem resolution. I am satisfied because the episode gave a further proof of the availability and reliability of the Tactical Alamo .
Went in to check the place out. Great staff; friendly, helpful, answered all of my questions. Got some cool stuff on hand too
Not impressed. Walked in and while there is stuff on the walls, it is sparsely divided between two rooms. Nothing to right home about for the prices. As with just about any "tactical shop" or "upper class" gun shop they are overpriced on most of what I saw, though not terribly. To be expected. What really bugged me is that the person behind the counter did not acknowledge my buddy and I at all during our time there. Didn't even bother to look our way. Apparently he was too busy helping some guy and his teenage son. I was looking for something specific and while the worker was busy talking to another customer he mentioned the item I was looking for as it was installed on a CZ Scorpion (I was looking for a Sig Brace). I walked over while he was talking about it hoping to ask some questions and was completely ignored. No eye contact, no nod of acknowledgement to say "hey I see ya"....nothing!!! So my buddy and I walked out. Likely the last time I'll be visiting that store.
These guys are very helpful. If you need something that they don't have they can usually get it. Their services are well priced and some of the best you can get locally.
I came here for the first time on 3/12/18 looking to buy a rifle. I called the store and a automated system said the sales reps were to busy helping customers and to call back. They don't close until 6 and it 3:22 pm. I drive 30 min to get here and see a closed sign when they should be open. Planned on spending about 2,000 on a rifle and accessories but I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Amateurs
