Very bad experince ..Gave request to a new platinum supercard (499gst)but given a platinum plus card (999gst)and this finserve has no power on credit cards ...if u have any problem with card You have to solve it urself with customer care ...Even this service has no control over there own applications ..so beware before goes to the credit card fecility..card has so many features and its popular all over india and doing gud business ..but we need a support from kerela ..but sadly this service cant do that...its my own problem that i faced from here..

Very bad service, they are actually cheating everyone. There is no way to communicate with them for assistance, and they charging unnecessary bouncing charges regularly.. Very disappointed, and badly recommended. Better to take loan with 20% interst than choosing Bajajs emi card..!!! @#

I have very bad experience from your office.The security officer have no manners and don't know to behaves with customers. I visited your office on 11/05/2020 for the purpose of clearing doubt of my KYC at 3"O' clock .The security officer talks arrogantly and unwilling to provide reasonable explanation.I fed up with your customer relationship.
