Out of time no-nonsense restaurant throwing you back a 100 years, when the Germans tried to cross the Yser river on this very spot.
The owner Is A Great lady. Iris speaks several languages including English. She was voted the most outgoing restaurant owner in Belgium\u200b. All the meat is made from pigs. There is a tremendous amount to choose from as well as other cold dishes like potato salad, meat salad, egg salad, etc. There are a lot of clothes and memorabilia all over the restaurant. Definitely bring your camera.
Food is good, service is outstanding. Iris is the heart of the party. And today a waitress named Sanchez made it also for us! Good place, I would recommend it always!!!

Interesting restaurant steeped in history - we had a nice meal here and the owner and family were exceptional. Food is buffet style and mainly all from the pig worth the experience.
