This place doesn't exist we went through the town and didn't even find this place because it doesn't exist and the part that makes it worse is that it's located in the middle of the town

Very poor service..my car stuck more than 12 days..bcz of parts delay..when i visit workshop that time my car parked at a jungle..Totally disappointed..

Hi Guys, below is my extremely unpleasant experience in ALY FORD last year. I gave my car for servicing during morning hours and they call me in the afternoon said your car is ready but suspension is weak but its ok, the person in charge took me for a test drive and I had experienced bumpy ride, found one of my rear suspension was damaged and I was shocked, asked him how did this happen, when I gave my car for servicing I don't have this issue, now within an hour how my rear suspension was damaged. No answer from anyone...At last I have to replace both the suspensions. Now just few days back I came to know that they are back again with the same team in Palakkad. Even though I am staying near by Palakkad town I have decided not to go their for servicing again. I would go either Thrissur or Coimbatore for my next service. Thanks and I hope ALY FORD will change and show a more customer oriented approach.

Very bad diagnosis. Advisor and drive tester will make out the most of you.Dont fall for it unless you know something about it. They just want to meet their monthly target of part sales.
