Would rated them 5 stars because the food is always delicious, but doesn't seem like they are requiring people to have on a mask to come in the building, there was a guy in there standing around with no mask anywhere. He was there before and after I ordered and received my food.

Food at this location is okay. Not enforcing covid protocols. They hv signs up but ppl take their mask off to talk on the phone and don't social distance even after the staff ask. My friend was about to fight with some guy because he was all up on us and I asked him twice politely to social distance and when he refused I asked the girl at the counter and even then he refused. I suggest they don't serve ppl who refuse to follow the rules and make others uncomfortable. If it weren't for this I would give 4 stars.

Ordered by phone to pick up they told me 15 minutes. I get there and pay after 20 minutes the cashier says there making my order. While she's standing there playing with her hair on the front line. All the time my order had been sitting on the counter. Then the order was wrong. Very disappointed. I come to this American all the time and for years. Never had a issue until today.

I’m giving 10 stars out of 5. They are just awesome. I don’t remember the count, how times I’ve visited this American Deli. Always they greet us with fabulous smile. Food quality is always good. We all just love it.
