Called to have them measure a window to get replaced. Was told "Yeah, I can probably make it out there tomorrow, I'll give you a call in the morning". Received no call the entire next day, so I called again the following. Was told again "Sorry, we are just swamped, ill make it out tomorrow if you're around". And haven't heard from them since, that was a week ago. Went with another company that actually showed up when they said they would.
Love the company, very professional. Won’t hesitate to go above and beyond for a customer.
If it were possible to give a negative 100 star review, I would. I called the morning of 9/14. Very friendly person. They said they would be out that week to do measurements and get a quote done. Called back the morning of 9/30 because we hadn't heard anything from them. VERY rude guy answered the phone. Said he had no record of my previous call and doesn't do estimates. Said I could measure my own windows and call them with the measurements. He would let me finish a single sentence without interrupting me. When I finally told him to stop interrupting me, he said "I'm done with you" and hung up! What a completely awful company!
These guys are the best!!! They are kind, attentive and courteous. I buy windows, panes and screens from them every week and they never let me down. I have used all of the glass shops in Billings and they are the best by far. I would recomend them to everyone.
