Terrible facility. Took advantage of an elderly man that needed help getting through a funeral. His hearing aids weren’t working. They sold him a pair of 2500 dollar hearing aids that don’t work. The 92 year old man obviously doesn’t comprehend what is being said. The solution is to come back several times a week to adjust them. That’s great for a elderly man.

Everything is fine, except for the constant closing of business's and moving or shifting to new locations. Then the hours and/or days open are constantly changing. You just never know what to expect. Business need to simply settle down and remain in one place and proper business hours/days open.

Initial service was wonderful, at Cumming location. But unfortunately two weeks after receiving hearing aid the location closed down. And my claim was not processed correctly. But the Gainesville location has been great helping me take care of this by getting accesses to files and correct paperwork.
