I had a horrible buying experience with this outlet. I recommend not to buy any product from them as they don't respect customer rights. After buying from them an expensive fridge, they delivered it with obvious damage and when I reported the product, they refused to take it back (check the picture) . Please save your money and buy from an outlet that works professionally.

I bought a Boretti induction/overn combination 400 euros below comparable competitors. Good communication and delivery as promised with payment on delivery. I expressed my concern about the poor reviews that I found on this site, it was explained to me that these apply primarily to second hand goods. I can confirm that the new equipment I bought is in excellent shape, new from the box, and that I am please with the service.

I am Heba from Germany, this company sold me broken product and refused to take it back. Talking with them will not pay off. Once they get the money, they refuse to talk anymore. Never buy from them, that will be my advice. I am opening a law case against them.
