Its a learning experience for the staff there. I alerted them to the fact that their phone number is NOT on their invoices. Some of the salesreps have no signature for a customer to call them, so you have to hunt to find someone to help. I noticed product could have been shipped to me, drop shipped from Atlanta to Jacksonville (me), but instead it was shipped from Atlanta to Texas and then to me. That is a head scratcher, I hope they can resolve this ASAP, as its far easier to drop ship items to customers, and it keeps them happy!

Prices are high. They use low quality drives. Fast response, yet leave you high and dry. Switch and bait company. 10K later and we're never ordering from them again.

Have been working with Apexcctv on a couple of projects. Technical support has been good, and sales people are knowledgeable. They have been very supportive during my transition from regular coax cameras to IP cameras. As an integrator, I have to work with a reliable company that does more than just sell products. I need to be able to get reliable and accurate answers to questions. Apex cctv has been able to provide those answers.

I just called their sales line and spoke to someone who identified himself as Kindrick or Kindrig. We are inquiring on behalf of a large company about a particular high end system Part #: APR-32960 Price: 4,495.00 We asked about Object Counting Object Tracking Unattended and missing object detection Suspicious object detection features and he directed to a website (he says he goes to every day) then gave us the wrong URL which he corrected. I asked if there was someone there who could explain these features to us without hesitation instead of another company's website . Then the sales rep took a very rude tone rude and defensive and answered... "Excuse me, I do this every day for a living" "I know about it"... At that point I hung up. Wonder why they did not try to help us in the first place? I need answers not attitude. The guy reminds us the the IT spoof from Saturday Night Live. I just wanted to let you know why we will not be buying from their company. Follow up... I did send the company an email from their form explaining why I would not be buying from them. I purposely did not give my phone number in the phone space which they indicated was optional. They used caller ID to phone me. I guess you cannot trust them either, because they will record your number and call you regardless if you give them permission or not. What an invasion of privacy. Subsequently I found this system nearly 1200.00 cheaper. Run away from this company. No respect for you or your privacy.
