after using a sub-par agent for our rental, swapped to Appleton Estates on the recommendation of a friend and have been very impressed with the service so far. got a tenant secured for our property within 1w. still early days, but if this is the how they work, i'm happy.

Very bad service Please don't use this service. They made me paid rent by standing order and after finishing my contract they kept taking rent from my account. When I asked to give my money back / refund my rent, as I wasn't aware they taking my account they didn't listen me. I have to chase them for my money. After that they arranged meeting in the office. They been so rude in meeting. They kept my money in their account without my permission not willing to give me back. The lady called Reshama who is owner she is so rude,unprofessional, with worse behaviour. I have worse experience with them. IN short RUDE NOT HELPFUL UNPROFESSIONALL KEPT MY RENT IN THEIR ACCOUNT AND NOT WILLING TO GIVE ME BACK NEVER RECOMMEND
