The staffs have gotten very friendly, and I appreciate Paul for helping out for the most.

Good locations and new judges.

The crowd is all imported, very fancy. Most dress badly but for the occasional person in suits. But the suits are not servers. The bar is a window with an attendant that refuses to serve drinks and closes super early. Must be a day bar or something. And the rooms are not for different music, but with seats and a guy behind a table talking. The TVs only plays videos of what seems to be people in jail. Don't bring drugs, has big security at door. No food menu or food. Heard they have other floors but are the same.

The front desk staff needs some training, common knowledge, work ethic. THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY PATIENCE, ATTENTIVENESS, CLEAR COMMUNICATION....JUST PLAIN RUDE.

The small Hispanic woman working in the downstairs lobby level seems to be placed there just to rudely yell at people in an attempt to scare them away. My husband and I were quietly waiting in the lobby for our family to park the car when she began yelling at us as though our presence was personally offensive to her somehow, until she forced us outside to wait in the rain. She's just a door woman but acted like she was Cerberus guarding the gates of hell. I highly recommend you take the elevator from the parking deck or side door as to avoid the disgruntled gate keeper. Once you're upstairs however, the security folks doing check-ins are extremely friendly and helpful! They welcomed us warmly and answered our questions as we entered. Their kindness was hugely refreshing after dealing with the lobby witch. Note: They do not allow food or drinks in the waiting area, but will allow water bottles if they are small. They do have clean bathrooms and water fountains. Also, if you have small children, bring them coloring books or quiet activities because you may be waiting a while.

It is impossible to find a phone number to contact anyone at this court! The phone number listed does not take you to an operator... Ridiculous.
