I became a patient of Dr. Chan’s in September 2020. He has a very easy going and friendly way about him. A quiet confidence. Being a new patient wasn’t easy for me. At first I was afraid such a big practice at Urology Partners would be sort of like a cattle call. My experience there was quite the opposite. Everyone from the check in staff to check out were excellent. Even the people that answer the phone had a basic understanding of urology and knew how to direct call-in questions. Everyone I dealt with was EXTREMELY nice and professional. The facilities are very clean and sanitary. In particular I wanted to give a shout out to Katelyn/Kaitlin ? on Dr. Chan’s staff. She went above and beyond her duties to ensure my questions were answered to put me at ease. I can’t say enough good things about her patience and understanding when dealing with me individually. The entire staff and Dr. Chan get an A. I highly recommend.
