Anandam Residency is a very nice society, Rates are very reasonable and plots are available at very attractive price with lots of development and amenities. My relatives has purchased when this project was initially launched and they are enjoying appreciation of their investment . Many bunglows are under construction, quality is very good. This is going to be the most beautiful society in future

I do not refer this plot to anyone due to two reasons. 1. I heard of fraud cases from reliable source which I am not sure because I have not verified it. 2. They differentiate based on religion which I have faced myself.

The place is good but yet developing. Also the price per square feet is also very high. Depending upon the locality the price of plots are very high.....though negotiable. It will take almost 10 years to develop the area...as it has only completed 5% of the work in 3 years.
