Extremely slow pace. Ignorant staff.@ Just one PC for billing etc. They don't bother about the increasing queue and during the lockdown more than 3 people kept barging in without any voicing. Do not carry sufficient change and aren't even informed about online payment acceptance. Apollo being a common name they do have UPI payment options. But it seems the staff don't know it yet

Behaviour of your store staffs are just pathetic. It looks like they are doing their job against their will and not at all interested in serving the customers. Also their expressions and attitude seems like they are doing charity for the people. Real bad time people. Owner please look into the matters seriously. Listen to customer complaints.

Worst service ever in a medical store. Attitude of stroe representatives are very annoying. Standing infront of the desk I have told them what I need for 15 minutes, they behave like they could not hear me from a distance of 1 mt. After that when I ask loudly what is the way to get medicines from here they say they can't listen me without the bill.
