Although I received comfortable coverage I'm with this company continued to charge me after informing them of a change to different company. Now, after 19 days and several calls my money has yet to be refunded. Poor business relationship with a former customer, lots of time on the telephone and a careless attitude. Slow pay, fast receivables makes money in the short-term but doesn't do anything for future returns. Asking for a supervisor is truly difficult, and I'm sure the upper management is impossible. Good luck.

Was on the phone to discuss a claim adjustment and they couldn't give me any information and kept putting me on hold... It took 45 minutes and I had NO ANSWERS!

I’ve had Asuris at previous employers and I’ve always enjoyed them as a company. However, I can’t give them more than 3 stars because every time I try to login to their website, it tells me my account is locked. And when I follow their directions to unlock it, it allows me to change my password, but then continues to tell me my account is locked.

They are always kind and answer my questions when I call. The website is easy to use. They pay my claims, I've never had an issue with them in 4 years.

I have thus far had excellent service from Asuris. They answer the phone without much delay at all. I don't have to wait on hold. My questions are answered quickly and accurately. My plan isn't the best, but I chose it because the cost was better than other options available to me.
