Very good old school shoyu ramen! Friendly chef!

Asked for the おすすめ and was recommended the shoyu ramen, so we ordered that. It came with half a soft boiled egg, a piece of seaweed, two thick slices of chashu, and pieces of bamboo shoot. The bamboo shoot were the best I've had in any ramen! Cooked soft and with lots of flavour. The chashu was also flavourful with that melt-in-your-mouth texture. Delicious!
Its rather \orthodox\ ramen menu was good and Cha-han fried rice was pretty tasty. The place is shabby and small (max 7p) which are also ok to me, but a lot of dust and dirt can be, or should be, improved before the public health officials show up with an issue.
Negi shoyu had a classic shoyu broth and a huge mound of leeks of differing sizes and cuts to provide variety in texture. A touch of garlic too meant the dish was elevated in this alliaceous way. Noodles were a bit soft and slippery, worked well with the dish.
This was the best ramen I've had in Japan so far. I had the soy sauce broth and I loved it. It also had a ton of pork in it. I like the cozy atmosphere
