They have the worst service of all toyota services we experienced!!! We wait for many hours while we did set an appointment at 10am.
Good service.. I availed PMS service. I am a walk-in costumer and I got the car finished after 3hrs.. They accommodate first those costumers that have appointments. Not very clean interior service though, I notice that twice already. And I experience getting my air freshener empty. Ambi pure air freshener. It was full when I left. Emptied when I return.. Small deal.. But overall quality service..
1-hour express service is non-existent, even with an advanced appointment prior to vehicle service. It would take one whole day for a simple preventive maintenance service. Staff are not very accommodating. They do not automatically return the replaced parts to the customer, you have to beg for it to be returned. Even then, no guarantees that they will be able to return said part/parts as normal casas do. It takes several emails or calls/text before you get any response, considering I am doing a follow-up on parts availability for my unit (non warranty).
