Top service as always with Banwells. Nothing is ever too much the staff always so helpful. We use them regularly for airport transfers and we are always very happy with their service. Brilliant service and most affordable! We have used one of their wheelchair buses for our friend, again top service driver was brilliant as always. Can always rely on Banwells
Every time I drive with Banwell's either a Mini Bus or Taxi, im in a clean car or bus driven by a local guy or lass who never fails to be courteous st all times. Dressed smart, casual and are children friendly. Whatever length of trip standards do not fall. A local success story.
Absolutely terrible service not the drivers fault but the organiser been stuck in Bristol airport for and extra 1hr and half with young children freezing cold just got back from a 5 hour flight no concern from the banwell headquarters just trying to fob us off. Saying we have given the wrong flight number. If you want to be left in the lurch cold and tired please book with banwell unfortunately this review doesn't allow you to give the true rating of no stars.
