Excellent as usual. Lots of nice jackets and clothing at discounted prices. Brilliant value. Have several Barbour jackets which have give outstanding service over the years. As always the staff are very friendly.

The shop is split up. The toilets as you go into the foyer. Then the full price stuff. Then the bargains at the back. Metal stud button replacements are free, but they don’t have a plastic stud replacement machine on site.

Normally have a fantastic experience at this store, however, went in at the weekend and the place was absolutely freezing. I took my elderly mother, who is classed as vulnerable in the current climate, and found I could only stay less than 5 minutes.....I believe heating engineers are going in on Friday... I pity the staff... Here’s hoping it gets resolved quickly. I’ll
