From Tyler, my initial contact, to William and Dustin on the diagnosis and repair, these folks are true professionals. I made a request to have someone look at my unit and the repair was completed on just a few days, even with parts having to be ordered. The price was fair and the work was top notch. I never even had to be home, they took care of it all. Make sure to call them for any AC or heating needs.

Tyler was very helpful in assisting us with finding our new replacement system. Scheduling a date to come out to do the work was easy as well. The Barineau technicians were able to come in and swap it out pretty quickly and answer any questions that I had. So far we are happy with everything and it is running much better than the old unit we had in before. I would definitely recommend going through them if you need work done.

Very pleased with the service we received today from Dustin! Our A/C stopped blowing cold last night and we thought that it might be the compressor or worst case, buying a whole new unit. Dustin was here between the window of time quoted, very pleasant and informed my husband of everything he was doing. He even cleaned around the outside unit and checked for ants on the wiring inside. Turns out we just had a burnt out wire. We will definitely be looking into their maintenance option just from this experience!
