Best doctor I have found in 48 years. Dr. Lott really has a way of making her patience feel like they are not in the fast food lane. She cares and listens. You don't feel like your asking questions as your being pushed out the door for the next person like at my last doctors office. The staff is amazing as well. Kind, polite, and helpful. I love barry pointe family care.

Very frustrated with this office. I called and made my husband & I appointments, we both waited over a month to get in. My husband showed up for his appointment & they didn’t have him scheduled. Weeks later, when I showed up for my appointment 5 minutes early (with all my paperwork printed & filled out) they told me I had to reschedule because I wasn’t 30 minutes early to my appointment. The next available appointment they had was a month away. Wanted to love this office & providers but so far it has been a very poor experience. Who shows up 30 minutes BEFORE your scheduled appointment (with paperwork already filled out) to sit in a waiting room during a pandemic??
