I recently employed Gareth and the team at Homing Instincts to build an office at the back of my property. I was honestly impressed by their great communication and high standard of their work. I was consulted throughout the whole process and regularly updated on where the budget was at. I absolutely love the space they’ve created for me and the new deck is well constructed and ties it in with the house beautifully. Considering I had no plans drawn up, I was impressed with how creative Gareth was in coming up with solutions that worked in the space. I found Gareth to be an honest, genuine and trustworthy person to deal with and would highly recommend him and the Homing Instincts team to anyone looking to have a new build, deck or renovation done.
