This was my daughter's first dentistry appointment and everyone we encountered was so sweet and patient with her and made her feel completely at ease. They were very Covid conscious and checked temps as soon as we walked in and had hand sanitizer at the ready. It was our 17 month old grandsons first trip to the dentist. Dr Caroline and Dr Beitel made it a very pleasant experience! They could not have been nicer or more professional. Dr Caroline took her time explaining what she was going to do and let our grandson touch her gloves and instruments before they touched him. He left with a sticker and a toy and I left with a lot of gratitude for his first impression of going to the dentist.
