This Includes LVD, EMC, PFC, IP, temperature, humidity, dust, vibration, shock and longevity testing. High speed camera monitoring of live welding is also undertaken during testing. All the products are approved by CE, GS, ROHS, REACH, SAA, CSA and CCC. Hugong is fully equipped with advanced precision manufacturing equipment and operates flexible automated production lines. It is managed in accordance with lean manufacturing, 6S and KAIZEN. The design stages and manufacturing flow are efficiently controlled by ORACLE ERP and MES systems. Hugong has attained ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2008 and OHSAS 18000:2007 approval. The Hugong factory is one of the largest of its kind, with 66,000 m2 of factory floor.
