Does not care for employees what so ever. Management just looks for ways to harm employees and make their days harder. What a joke of a company. Find employment elsewhere if you want to be treated fairly and equally.

Would not recommend seeking employment here. Management takes all problems out on the pickers. They make it nearly impossible for the pickers to earn the incentive with making the replenishers do everything else besides replenish to make it possible to earn the incentive. They discussed how the pickers would be paid during the interview, and constantly change it. I feel as if employees are not valued here. The refuse to treat the workers like they are a valuable part of the company. Bev South Management is only worried about getting their money and getting home to their familys. They do not care about the pickers familys and their well-being. I would not recommend anyone to seek employment with Bev South, as they will play with your money constantly, and change rules daily that really only mess with the pickers.
