If you know what you want, you won't find better prices anywhere around. The staff is very knowledgable as well. Of course they can't offer you every product from their online store, but you can order almost anything within a day.

Not the fastest delivery but their prices are hard to beat and they have a huge selection. Usually 11-12 days for shipping to Canada (ab).
have some problem but with super kind person we save problems and now waiting for order to shipp
As a long time customer, I have to say that dealing with bike 24 is generally frustrating. But first, why do I shop there? Because generally, they have a broad range of items and most of the time they ship quite quickly. I used to buy quite a lot from them, but now its a last resort kinda thing and only when I reach free shipping or they have something that I cannot get elsewhere. In fact, more recently, I double check amazon of all places for quick and easy orders as more often then not, then have the same item cheaper if you add the cost of freight. And for some reason freight is still added up to 100 domestically. As someone who prefers to email in English I find the very formal communication a bit tedious, its like chatting to someone from the 1950's via email! I don't get a good feeling about the brand. I have never been to one of their shops so I only know the Sehr Geehrter sh*t they write in emails - just for fun, I'm overly formal when I contact them. I often can't find items as their filter options are odd at best. Try getting a decent 40mm cx tire. Also their descriptions are lazy, often inaccurate and the reviews are mostly non-existent. As a general rule Wiggle has a lower freight threshold- even to Germany, they chat with you in a more friendly manor and their speed of delivery has actually beaten bike24 on one occasion. I don't think anyone form bike24 cares about this feedback. the 2 stars are awarded for 1. being a mostly well stocked bike shop and 2. having an efficient order to shipping processes. Stars lost for unfriendly/formal communication, appalling item descriptions, a high threshold for free post. Its a sorry state when Amazon wins over a cyclist buying bike products.
