Very happy with my experience. They were able to overnight speciality tires for my wife’s car when everyone else in the area was quoting me 3-5 business days. The tires were there by 10 am the next day! We will be using the location again.

Update: Blacks Tire & Auto Service reached out, thank you for following up on this concern. Disappointed in the technicians careless practice. Looks like they rolled around in my car. The clean picture is my passenger side to show the difference. I found clumps of grease in my floor mat, dirt and gum on my foot rest. I’ve used blacks tires earlier this year so I decided to go back. Pretty disappointing. I had to take my car to the wash and run my floor mats through the machine several times to get the grease out. Customer service at the counter was good, guy up front attempted to get the grease out. Found the technician didn’t even put the lug nut caps on either.

Big thank you to Homero and Brenton at BTS Monroe! We stopped by after getting a tire pressure warning. They were very friendly and helpful! They diagnosed and corrected the issue quickly and we were on our way! I highly recommend this store if you need tires or automotive service!
