There is a real benefit when moving something as substantial as your home, to using a team that take the time to understand you, your needs and desires. Debbie and Amy took the time to understand us and to really work with us, keeping us fully updated of every step of the process. As a landlord looking to rent out my property I approached Blackshaw Homes as they were most local to the area in Southchurch. I spoke with Linda the Lettings Manager and she was very responsive, enthusiastic and helpful. She viewed the property (this even included a walkthrough recorded to DVD so as to avoid any future disputes) and in less than a week she had found me the perfect tenants! It has been pleasing and reassuring that Linda has also been very responsive to my emails & phone calls throughout & she has liaised on my behalf with external professionals and the tenants to address a couple of issues for me. All in all, this was my first experience with Blackshaw Homes and I have been very impressed with the service, so a big thank you to Linda!
