Used Brownhills Cars every day for 3 weeks while my car was in the garage. The cars turned up every day on time, kept in touch with text messages and every driver was friendly. Would certainly recommend.

Used them for years with no problems however this evening customer service was shocking. Man on the phone was rude and argumentative. Left my son with no way home, said hed been calling but no missed calls then when I tried to call back wouldn't answer or picked up then hung up immediately. Shame as i use this company 3 or 4 times a week quite frequently. Will never use again in the future. You've lost a very loyal customer Vicki

Having had the unusual need for a taxi for work ive had a great experience with this company. I did have a minor issue but it was dealt with very quickly buy the lady in the office. She went the extra mile to help. Very nice driver, some quieter than other but all made me ( a women on her own) feel very comfortable.

Been using this company on and off for some time. If you ask for a nice car generally that’s what you get but if you don’t they will send any old thing. Ended up in an old VW Touareg the other night, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in some time and most of the trim was missing. Why a taxi company thinks this is acceptable is beyond me and why should I have to ask for a decent car? That’s the last time we use them.

Didnt like the driver that took us hardly spoke was having difficulty breathing so opened the window a little and he just closed it without even asking on our way to the airport but was very happy with the driver that picked us up very chatty and polite wiukd give him 10/10
