Recently, I purchased a property. The deal was not an easy one and without the assistance of Lauren Banks, mortgage broker, the deal would not have succeeded. Lauren worked tirelessly until she found a financial solution and during that process was affable, quick to respond, unendingly patient and always the quintessential professional as she negotiated my somewhat complex situation with various lending institutions. Even after her role in the process had officially ended, she was on hand to answer questions and check that the deal was being completed in a satisfactory way. Lauren changed mine and my kids life forever, without her help there is no way I would have been able to navigate getting into a brand new home.
