Well, I will not bash this organization, simply because I reside out of state. I have submitted information, via email to keep my account updated and it seems as if the workers doesn't get the information, but my file has been updated and currently active. However, the customer service contact center is really beyond comprehension. Just yesterday, I waited on hold to see why I haven't received two payments that have been processed on 2/9/21, but I have yet to receive. A representative answered, I stated the reason for the call and boom, call disconnected. I was at a loss for words. I believe the central phone system needs to be updated and hire customer service reps to handle the call volume. Even have reps to respond to emails to reassure parents that email has been received or just a response will do. I completely understand that this organization gets overwhelmed, but parents shouldn't, have to assume or guess what is going on with their file. This bureau has to improve on how it handles their customers. Too much time is wasted just to have a call dropped or disconnected. Please re-strategize and implement an updated phone system to be able to assist callers properly. This is very, very unprofessional and unnecessary.

Waited for over 4 hours to talk to someone. It's the worst customer support ever once I spoke to someone. Accomplished nothing for me and once again nothing is done to correct my account. They have been holding thousands of dollars owed to me because of thier system screw up. Ive tried for over 6 months to get this corrected...still nothing. They really need to do something about this. Families are struggling enough as it is.

Child support customer service line is a JOKE! 1hr and 30mins later I have moved from caller 7 to 6 ... There is absolutely NO REASON to have to wait this long to speak to someone! And your option #6 for a call back doesn't work!

This place is absolutely useless! On hold for 3 hours almost exactly get to caller number one and then the phone disconnects! Seems like more than just me has been having this problem so it must be intentional.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was on hold with them for 3 hours... the automated system told me that I was “caller number three...” shortly after, someone picked up the phone and hung up on me without one word!
