First time visit for an emergency - son hit his tooth on a metal bedframe and it started going grey. Had been to another dentist recently to have a regular check however it was unsuccessful (4 year old) with making him comfortable. From the moment we walked in, my son was excited and felt at home. The atmosphere was perfect and the staff we welcoming. My son took to Soula right away and she seemed to know exactly what to say at every moment. Having familiar TV shows to watch to distract our son was great. He loved the fish tank, prizes and fact that Soula spoke to him rather than just mom/dad. Dr. Daniel even explained his x-ray pictures to him! Soula and Dr. Daniel were very thorough and made us feel very confident. A to both of them! I'm sure we will have no issues in the future getting my son to brush or visit the dentist. Great place for attention to detail and special care!

The best office I have ever been to. From the moment you walk in the girls at the front are amazing, to the girls in the back taking so much care with our children to Dr. Daniel rolling in our room on his heelys. It is all around a fantastic dentist experience for my kids-they won't go anywhere else!
We are new to BPD and have had nothing but amazing experiences each time we have gone. The staff/team there are absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make my children comfortable. My son had a procedure done and I was nervous but they made me feel so relaxed and I could tell he was in great hands. They also personally called to check up on him after we were home. I recommend BPD to any family looking for a dentist for their children to go here! Service is amazing and they work with each family! Very happy with them!
I have been bringing my children here since they opened in 2014. I will never take them anywhere. I love it here. Everyone is so kind and caring.
I am so glad and grateful we found BPD for a second opinion. My 4yo son had a big dental surgery and DR. CHARIS LUK explained to me thoroughly with LOTS of patience. Prior to the surgery, the anesthesiologist Dr. Stubbs and the recovery nurse Tina came to see us and was also very supportive and professional.When my son was in the operation room, I was nervous and Dr. Daniel, Sarah, Dawn and the whole office made me feel relaxed with lots of positive words and kept me updated constantly. Thank you so much BPD! Everyone is so kind and caring :)
We've been to many pediatric dental offices these yeas, but this one is the BEST! Dr. Charland, Sarah, Dawn, and all the other ladies at the office are very friendly and patient. My little one had a treatment under general anesthesia. The doctor explained everything clearly, and the surgery went well. I would like to thank all the people who took the time to review this place, we would not be able to find it without reading them. Now it is our turn to spread the word. Give it a try and you won't regret.
We highly recommend BPD. We were referred to them by MAC, after my son ended up in the ER with an abcess tooth. From the very first phone call, they were phenomenal. The office manager Dawn scheduled us an appointment right away and when financial concerns came up, she assured us they would work with us and our insurance AFTER our son got care. Dr. Daniel and his team are 100% patient first. On top of that..they are absolutely amazing with kids. We were new patients and they literally treated us like family. Even sent our kiddo home with a stuffed animal. Its hard to find quality care like that! If you do visit ( which you SHOULD) , they leave these little boot covers at the door, they add some sweet pizzazz to your boots...and keep the floors clean :)
Excellent experience. My wife and I took our 15 month old daughter here for her first dentist visit, and were treated to a pleasant, warm and enjoyable experience. The staff were excellent, professional and very good with our daughter. They seemed very knowledgeable and happy to assist us. We will continue to visit here.
