Despite the fact that my shoes were not ready in time for my flight back to America (even though they were supposed to be, 3 weeks later) the staff understood my situation and promised to send my shoes to America despite the expensive shipping cost. I really didn’t think they would follow through, but my Birkenstocks arrived in America fully repaired (they were on their last life after wearing them nonstop for 3 years). The repair is amazing and I plan to wear them until they fall apart again in another 3 years. Thank you for being very professional and understanding. I commend them and would do business again!

Very very rude lady receptionist. She threw my bags at me saying that she does not work in the streets and I should have done my own repairs with a needle and thread. This happened when I decided to do my repairs at a later date after she gave me a quotation.

The worst experience ever, what a waste of time and money. My dog chewed through the back strap of my son's school sandals. What should have been a simple stitch job was an utter disaster. I went back 4 times, over a 3 week period, each time they had not started the job. I supplied both shoes, the repaired strap was too long and loose so that the sandal simply feel off when you tried to put it on. The stitching was poor, they will never get business from me again. What terrible service, do not waste your time. Rather take your shoe repairs somewhere else, I can recommend Rocksole in town.

Were unable to meet their promised deadline on a shoe repair multiple times; it took a total of three visits over 1.5 weeks to get them back. The repair job itself wasn't particularly polished, but seems solid enough.
