Shocking service from all ends of your company. My partner has a Tennant in his building which is short paying and no statements have been issued to him in months. No one responds to his emails/calls and they still deduct full commission even though the Tennant is short paying. Also NO explanation as to why the Tennant is not paying the full amount. Don't reccomend that you use this estate agency to do your rentals for you. Honestly shocked. Months of no communication. Guess the next step is to go legal and involve the estate agency board.

To be honest, the competency of this agencies operations is pathetic. Deal with them if you are keen for stress.
