Even though their shop is cosy and casual, They do a great job, they were sufficient, helpful and kind and offer good quality prints. I had to print about 20 x A3 and a few A2 references for my artworks before the lockdown and most printers were closed. Even though Eclipse Print was near closing time a kind gentleman suggested that I email my documents and they should be ready when I arrive. After arriving 15min later all my printing was ready and I paid about half of what I usually pay at my other printer. Thank you Eclipse Print, Lily

In what world does it cost R230 to print a black and white wash out, on MY OWN paper? Ink to the amount of 2 x A3 pieces of paper - but WASHED OUT. None of it was flat black, it was a WASH out, on MY PAPER. R230? I don't know who is running this place, but i suggest you educate your staff on pricing and the way to talk to your customers. When i expressed my shock - she then gives me a discount and charges R80 - and then tells me with an attitude that I should rather take my printing elsewhere because that IS the price. I DEFINITELY WILL! For anyone wanting to come here - I recommend Wizardz - they have never tried to over charge and they are super friendly and professional. Funny they charge me R40 for the exact same thing. Literally drove straight here and without even mentioning cost, they give the right price.

Terrible experience at Eclipse. They telephonically and via email correspondence confirmed that they would print and bind a book in 5 working days. However, when I arrived there, a few hours after confirming, they were unable to complete the request. Reg furthermore confirmed that they were able to perform the request with my own material, and later went back on his word. They were unable to defend themselves when confronted and I received terrible service overall. Will find another place to do my printing and binding.
