I contacted Jesse Botha from Haus Properties, to view a property advertised on Property24. He was professional right from the start and responded immediately, set up the appointment and confirmed on the day. We had such a pleasant experience in viewing this beautiful property, as Jesse was extremely professional in his approach, and sensitive to our needs and questions. He had no issue with deferring to the owner, if he didn't have an answer, which also made this a great visit, as the owner happened to be there and we really enjoyed our chat with her. Although we did not end up buying this property, we had a memorable experience and I can highly recommend Jesse for his friendliness and above all, his professionalism. He literally makes you feel right "at home".
