Great Company, & I Highly recommend it!! I am very happy & impressed with the professional service & responsiveness of the team at Omega Property assisted by Jenny & David. This is my first experience using property company to manage my rental home & Jenny has been very professional, responsive & helpful at everything I have needed. Jenny is taking a very good care of my rental property from paying rates & levy & getting a tenant on my behalf. She handles the property as if she's the owner, it is great to work with her, I would not use anyone else. She's always available, responds immediately & very honest & clear. David assisted me in buying the property as I'm the first time property owner. His very patient & understanding, always available should I need clarity on anything. His the one who recommended me to Jenny when I needed assistance in renting my property. Jenny & David are phenomenal at their job. All of my concerns were met with straightforward answers & the paperwork was explained flawlessly. It really made the entire process pain free & very reassuring. I am ESTATIC at the service I received & still receiving with Omega Property.
