I contacted an agent about viewing a flat and she was not very responsive. Had to contact through the web form twice before she even called me. I then tried to get a viewing but she kept sidestepping me. Now the place is already marked as "Under Offer". If it's not available, just say so, but don't use these exclusionary tactics to gaslight potential buyers. Very unprofessional.

I can't wait for my lease agreement to come to an end . Ever since I moved in, it has been a struggle to get things sorted out by the agent or to get help when you need it the most. I reported an electrical problem - faulty electrical stove on the 23rd of July and up until today the 11th of August I've been surviving on takeaways. The rental agent is at the point where she just ignores my msges. I've had enough. This one time I spent the entire weekend with no power up until I decided to look for the DB box around the block to check what was wrong with my main switch...Pam Golding is not for young professionals especially women if you'll be depending on their support for general maintenance stuff. I was told that the electrician will contact me even him he didn't give any tangible answer to indicate by will he be able to fix or replace the damn stove. My food in the fridge is getting spoiled already. God! I can't wait for You to bless me with a house.
