I have been trying to sort out the license disc for the past 8 months been sent from pillar to post requesting letters even though with all documentation at hand, lasr straw was today when I had to pic up the disc was told the car was now scrapped from the books I had to go for clearance and road worthy again.

Poor service from Mrs Smith at the counter, we enquire about an over and under payment on an account, a very simple straight forward easy enquiry. Mrs Smith was very very rude and unprofessional... In business u can't judge the person standing in front of u.... In fact NEVER JUDGE ANYONE! If only Mrs Smith u knew he is a very senior member of the CCT. Well done Mrs Smith, u failed!
