Brilliant service is one thing. To maintain it when something goes wrong is another. It is not the fact that a mistake was made, but how it was handled. Sorting it at the expense of the customer is never a good option!

Friendly efficient service, but despite huge advertising on their bill boards of providing ID & Passport photos, they longer offer this service. So why advertise this service?

Warm service and very much helpful
Fairly disappointed at the service I got at Canal Walk today. Normally they are very helpful. But the staff I got today were not apleasing at all. Upon my arrival 15h30, I greeted the three staff members;coloured guy, coloured lady and black lady and none responded back, I had to shout hello to get their attention, when they should be the one ready to welcome their customers into the store. The black ladies was busy texting, while am standing there waiting to be helped. The other coloured lady was cutting something and I felt like she should have left that alone and focused on the customer instore. The guy was busy helping the courier guy.
Visited Postnet Canal walk to renew my car licence disc and avoid queues at traffic departments post lockdown. BIG mistake. Didn't wait THAT long on the day to speak to one of their staff members, but a month later still no disc. I paid the amount (way more than the disc price) as they instructed. To a third part - Q 4 U who now state I've underpaid. Just to be rid of this stress I reluctantly tried to log in to pay the purported shortfall and "user not found". Main gripe with Postnet they don't bother to answer e mails. Surely there is a policy like most businesses that e mails should be answered ( at least acknowledged) within a reasonable time. I tried to phone as well and the phone is not answered. I paid additional for POSTNET to arrange my disc but am getting NO service from them at all.
