Excellent service from Davis who is professional, patient, friendly and an outstanding representative for Postnet. Davis attend to customers in a welcoming and attentive manner. When my package arrived Davis phoned immediately as he remembered me from the previous day inquiring about the package. Thank you Davis!

Counter service is very good - Davis is awesome and efficient. but ** avoid PostNet courier service ** charged me R450 for overnight delivery but did not get it there on time. what is the point of selling "overnight delivery" if you cannot deliver ? They also refused to refund my money even though they did not provide the service. Said it was for reasons "beyond their control" use MDS / Collivery instead.

I spent R800 trying to get a police clearance from Pretoria to Cape Town. PostNet notified me it had arrived, yet refused to rectify the grave error which was spelling my name completely wrong. 800R for a piece of paper as good as a piece of garbage. Useless service.

After not so good customer service elsewhere, we were delighted with the fast and friendly service offered by this store. The packaging was done and waybill filled out in a blink of an eye! We were pleasantly surprised with the low price of the courier, after being quoted 5x the price elsewhere. The parcel arrived at its destination earlier than expected and in perfect condition. 10 stars! Thank you!

Amazing service from Davis, he wrapped and packed a fragile parcel that was sent to the USA. it arrived on time and in perfect condition.He explained everything perfectly including insuring the parcel. He also told us about the other service's on offer at Postnet. A great guy and very pleasant. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly. Postnet V&A Waterfront well done Davis.
