A certain "Mr Engelman" if I am not mistaken as the line was a bit bad phoned me on 12 January 2021. Asked me out about one of my tenants wanting to rent from them. In confidentiality I expressed to him the truth. I explained to him that my tenant never had a problem paying rent, but that it seems that only lately....like lots of other people during covid....it started looking like my tenant has some difficulties which is quite understandable. I informed " Mr Engelmann" that I suggest he request my tenant to produce him with proof of income and then base his decision based on that. ..........only to find out the next day from may tanant....that he was told by "Mr Engelmann that I bad mouthed my tenant. ......so much for trusting the people. I have a recording of my conversation with "Mr Engelmann". ....as all my calls are recorded

I am a small property investor. I appointed this agency to market my Residential Property in Bellville in mid 2020. Chireen, Morne and their Principle -Emil were all involved. They did an excellent job. Their professionalism, knowledge and tactful followup was outstanding. Definately an agency i will recommend and use again - outshining the many i have dealt with in the past in various areas over Cape Town. So whilst the other estate agents i called in are probably still waiting for ME to call them back. Rawson Oakdale were on the ball and Sold , Sold, Sold ! Well done Chireen Morne and Emil!

Some of their representatives or agents are friendly hence 3 stars but the processing procedures are very slow and they have a thing of judging people by looks . I ended up giving up on my application because l felt like l was begging to pay my money for some services
