I had a very unpleasant rental experience with Team Jann during the stricter lockdown periods (June to September 2020). Dishonest and when issues were queried they became non responsive. Don't recommend liaising with the intern. It in fact with them at all. Find other agents.

I received a "Just sold" by TTT in my postbox of my neighbours house Hmmm, so i thought, let me put my house on the market. THREE calls later... NO response, NO comeback and NO answer. Well Mr Trevor, with that kind of bad service, i have torn ur card up, thrown it in the rubbish bin and deleted your number. I will contact a professional company to market my house.

Agent are so fake, they will be nice to you but never get anything done, full of empty promises ontop of that one month later still waiting for refund of deposit and Jann the agent reads my messages but doesn't respond to my requests of a refund.
